About Us

Our story began in the 1960's when a picture framing service was started in a small art and craft shop in Huddersfield. The service took off and soon a trade company was founded supplying picture framing services to many retailers around the North of England. The Art shop evolved into AC Gallery and the trade company, AC Framing, evolved into publishers and distributors as well as framers. In November 2006 we opened our branch in Knaresborough and in 2007 we opened in Skipton and Wigan. Each of the shops is slightly different but we offer the same great range of pictures and prints in all 3, and most of the artwork is exclusive to us. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery but please note we are often far quicker than that! Our average lead time is 12 days, however seasonal pressures and other factors can cause delays If you need anything by a specific date please do let us know when you are ordering and we will do all we can to meet your requirements.
